Our Vanilla cake swirled with Chocolate Ganache It’s not your average marble cake!
Carrot
A moist and spicy blend of cinnamon, carrots and pecans-hold the raisins!
Chocolate
Light and fluffy Devil’s food style Chocolate cake Chocolate Kahlua. A rich mocha flavored Chocolate cake studded with mini Chocolate chips.
Hummingbird
This Southern cake flavor with a Vanilla base is a moist and yummy blend of bananas, pineapple and pecans.
Banana Chocolate Chip
A delicious and moist banana cake studded with mini chocolate chips.
White Chocolate
Our Vanilla cake swirled with White Chocolate Ganache It’s a creamy textured cake and popular as an alternative to Vanilla.
Red Velvet
Familiar to all Southerners and Southerners at heart Cocoa base with a bit of tang.

A family favorite-a delightful combination of coconut, buttermilk and pecans.

Pumpkin Spice
(Seasonal, made only in October and November) When it is Fall and you want a spicy cake, this cake with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of clove is sure to please!
Confetti
The sprinkles add texture and color, not flavor. Rainbow confetti cake with sprinkles using the following flavors: Almond, Vanilla, Lemon, White Chocolate, or Sour Cream Pound cake.

Vanilla Almond Buttercream:
Our signature buttercream and it is a classic pairing with the majority of our flavors. It’s also a frosting for the outside of cakes.
Vanilla Buttercream:
A great alternative to Vanilla Almond Buttercream. Definitely a classic choice. It’s also a frosting for the outside of cakes.
Cream Cheese Buttercream:
Pairs well with Carrot, Pumpkin Spice, Red Velvet, Italian Cream, and Hummingbird. It’s also a frosting for the outside of cakes. Chocolate Buttercream: Chocolatey and creamy. Pairs well with Almond, Vanilla, Marble, Chocolate, Chocolate Kahlua, White Chocolate, Sour Cream Pound, Banana Chocolate Chip, Strawberry Sour Cream Pound, and Coconut cake flavors.
Raspberry Jam:
Delicious, tart, and by far our most popular filling. Pairs well with Almond, Vanilla, Lemon, Marble, Chocolate, Chocolate Kahlua, White Chocolate, Sour Cream Pound and, Coconut cake flavors.
Caramel:
Rich and sweet, great with a sprinkling of salt. Pairs well with Italian Cream, Vanilla, Almond, Sour Cream Pound, Coconut and Banana Chocolate Chip cake flavors.
Strawberry Jam:
There’s lots of Strawberry flavor packed into this premium jam. This is the best when fresh Strawberry and Cream filling is off season. Pairs well with Almond, Vanilla, Lemon, Marble, Chocolate, Chocolate Kahlua, White Chocolate, Sour Cream Pound, and Coconut cake flavors.
Chocolate Mousse:
Light and creamy with a delicious Chocolate flavor. Pairs well with Almond, Vanilla, Marble, Chocolate, Chocolate Kahlua, White Chocolate, Sour Cream Pound, Strawberry Sour Cream Pound, Italian Cream, Banana Chocolate Chip and Coconut cake flavors.
Lemon Curd:
Tart and gets you right in the back of the jaw. Pairs well with Almond, Vanilla, Lemon, White Chocolate, Sour Cream Pound, Strawberry Sour Cream Pound, and Coconut cake flavors.
Chocolate Hazelnut:
Creamy Chocolate Hazelnut spread. Pairs well with Almond, Vanilla, Marble, Chocolate, Chocolate Kahlua, White Chocolate, Sour Cream Pound, Banana Chocolate Chip, and Coconut cake flavors.
Strawberries and Cream:
Fresh Strawberries and Whipped Cream filling. This makes the ultimate Strawberry Shortcake. Only available March-August. Off season, we recommend the Strawberry Jam. Pairs well with Almond, Vanilla, Lemon, Marble, Chocolate, Chocolate Kahlua, White Chocolate and Sour Cream Pound cake flavors.
Chocolate Ganache:
Rich and decadent. Pairs well with Almond, Vanilla, Marble, Chocolate, Chocolate Kahlua, White Chocolate, Sour Cream Pound, Strawberry Sour Cream Pound, Italian Cream, Banana Chocolate Chip, and Coconut cake flavors.
Key Lime Mousse:
Light and a little tart. Pairs well with Almond, Vanilla, Lemon, White Chocolate, Sour Cream Pound, Strawberry Sour Cream Pound, and Coconut cake flavors.
White Chocolate Mousse:

Custom Orders
Before inquiring about an order, please refer to the calendar for availability.
We have limited available spots for special occasion cakes.
We can sometimes take cake orders the week of your event. However, it is recommended that you place your orders at least 2 weeks in advance to be certain you have a space on the calendar. During wedding season, we may be booked 4 or more weeks in advance for special occasion cakes. To secure your spot, a deposit (for cakes over $200) or payment in full (cakes under $200) is required when you place your order.

Free dates (green blocks) have no orders pending, booked dates (pink blocks) are full and cannot accommodate your order, closed dates (red blocks) are days when our business will be closed for holidays, etc. Limited availability (half green, half pink blocks) have orders scheduled. Please book for these dates as soon as possible. We can have busy seasons for wedding cakes that do not allow time for custom orders.
